For maps, GPS units, and navigation accessories

Measure your device or map in all relevant directions, including buttons and any case already on it. The canvas navigation case listing shows 4 5/8 × 4 7/8 × 5/8 inches, while a leather navigation case shows 3.7 inches deep × 3.4 inches wide × 0.9 inches high. Those are listed dimensions; they are not a promise of usable interior clearance or compatibility with a particular device. Check the selected listing and ask us before ordering if the interior opening or closure clearance is not specified.

For pouches and attached storage

Decide whether you need a compact pocket, a longer organizer, or an item that attaches to another bag. One polyester utility pouch is listed at 12 × 2 × 7 inches; another is listed at 3.6 × 3.6 × 7.5 inches and explicitly mentions MOLLE straps. Do not assume the same attachment system on other pouches or backpack accessories. Check the listed attachment, closure, material, and purchase quantity for the exact item. If a listing only says “One Size” or gives a single measurement, ask for the missing dimensions before relying on fit.

For travel and damp conditions

Travel wallets and luggage accessories can organize documents or identify a bag, but the material and included pieces vary by listing. The words “dry bag” describe a product category; they do not establish a waterproof rating, submersion protection, or suitability for electronics. Unless a listing expressly gives a verified rating and use instructions, keep moisture-sensitive items in additional protection. Check the actual bag opening and closure details, and contact us if the intended use depends on them.

What the listing must tell you

Images may show other objects or more than one piece to illustrate use. An estimated or approximate measure is guidance, not a guaranteed fit. We will not infer a load rating, safety certification, device compatibility, or waterproof level from a photo or category name.
