The store and the transaction
These terms apply to shopping at orientyou, an independent online retailer of outdoor and travel accessories. Read the selected product option, purchase unit, and final checkout total before ordering. Free Standard shipping with no minimum order is offered to the 50 U.S. states and Washington, DC. Allow an estimated 1–2 business days for processing and 2–4 business days for transit after dispatch, or 3–6 business days total. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. These are estimates, not guarantees. Non-waivable consumer rights remain available.
Shopping responsibly
Provide accurate order and contact details and use the site lawfully. Do not interfere with security, misuse another account, introduce harmful code, or take others’ personal information. Keep account credentials secure and tell us about suspected unauthorized use. A purchaser must have legal capacity or proper authorization.
Choosing a case, pouch, or bag
The selected product listing controls the item, option, and purchase unit. Compare listed dimensions and units, material, included pieces, closure and attachment details with your intended use. A pictured group of objects may show an example rather than the number sold. Measurements described as approximate are guidance, and screen colors can differ.
The listed 4 5/8 × 4 7/8 × 5/8 inch canvas navigation case, for example, does not promise a usable interior size or fit for every GPS device. “Dry bag” alone is not a verified waterproof rating. We do not add unlisted load, device fit, or safety claims. Contact us before ordering if a missing specification matters. A material inaccuracy will be addressed without taking away statutory remedies.
Order acceptance, price, and payment
Prices are in USD. Tax, free Standard shipping, and total charges appear before submission. An acknowledgment confirms receipt of a request, not unconditional acceptance of an unavailable item or invalid payment. We may contact you about availability, payment verification, or a material listing error and explain the options. If fulfillment cannot proceed, collected payment is refunded promptly as applicable. Delivery, cancellation, and returns
Free Standard shipping with no minimum order is offered to the 50 U.S. states and Washington, DC. Allow an estimated 1–2 business days for processing and 2–4 business days for transit after dispatch, or 3–6 business days total. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. These are estimates, not guarantees. When dispatch cannot meet the estimate, we notify you and offer the revised timing or cancellation with prompt refund. Contact us quickly about a change before dispatch; a change after dispatch is not guaranteed. Shipping Policy and Refund Policy explain the detailed rules. For an approved return, we will issue the refund to the original payment method within 10 calendar days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit to your account.
Store content and outside services
The orientyou name, site design, and original store text are protected as applicable. Personal shopping use does not grant commercial reuse rights. Third-party trademarks and materials belong to their owners; we do not claim their endorsement or manufacturer status without an express supported statement. Shopify hosts the storefront; payment, carrier, and map providers supply separate services and may have their own terms. Their role does not remove our retail commitments. See Privacy Policy.
Availability and legal protections
The site may experience interruptions or mistakes. Any limitation of responsibility applies only where lawful and reasonable; it does not exclude fraud, intentional misconduct, an express promise, or a statutory remedy for defective or misdescribed goods. These terms do not require mandatory arbitration or designate an exclusive court. Applicable U.S. federal and state law governs as relevant to the transaction, including protections that cannot be waived. A lawful remaining term survives if another term is unenforceable.
