How payment is handled

Authorizations and problems
A bank or provider can show a pending authorization before a final charge; its release timing is controlled by that provider. Payment or fraud checks can delay acceptance. If a payment is declined, check billing details and contact the provider. Repeated attempts may produce multiple temporary holds. For a suspected duplicate charge, contact us with the order number and a non-sensitive transaction reference.

Refund route
