Shipping summary
Free Standard shipping with no minimum order is offered to the 50 U.S. states and Washington, DC. Allow an estimated 1โ2 business days for processing and 2โ4 business days for transit after dispatch, or 3โ6 business days total. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. These are estimates, not guarantees. We do not offer international shipping.
Where an order can go
Our stated service area includes the 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii, and Washington, DC. U.S. territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses are outside the stated service. Availability for a PO Box depends on the item and delivery service; ask us before ordering if that is your address. We do not promise a particular carrier. Enter a complete address and contact us quickly about an error; a change after dispatch may not be possible.
Tracking a small-gear order
Processing begins after acceptance and any payment verification. When tracking is available, we send it after dispatch; a carrier may need time to show its first scan. An order of a case and a pouch can arrive in more than one parcel, each with its own tracking. We do not promise a specific carrier.
Weather, carrier interruptions, peak periods, and an incomplete address can change the estimate. If tracking stops or a parcel is marked delivered but cannot be found, contact us with the order number so we can investigate. An address change after dispatch may not be possible.
A delayed dispatch
If we cannot dispatch within the stated processing window, we will tell you the revised time. You may accept it or cancel the unshipped order for a prompt refund to the original payment method. An unshipped cancellation does not wait for return receipt or inspection.
Charges and help
Standard delivery costs $0 within the stated service area, regardless of order value. Applicable tax and the final total are shown before payment. Do not send a return to the correspondence address without instructions. See Refund Policy and Contact.
